I was pleasantly surprised by the complimentary room upgrade, allowing me to enjoy a large comfortable bed and a private balcony.The owners, Xuan and Hoa, go above and beyond to ensure a delightful stay. Their expertise in the tourism industry shines through as they assist with every need, providing valuable insights about the area. The hotel's proximity to the train station was convenient, and Xuan even offered a tour of the city and surrounding areas at a reasonable fee.Xuan Hoa provides essential amenities such as air conditioning and free toiletries, ensuring a comfortable stay. The option for laundry service was a convenient touch after days of travel.
