I recently had the pleasure of staying at Xuan Hoa Hotel in Ninh Binh, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. The owners, Xuan and his wife, went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. Xuan's impeccable English and German skills made communication a breeze, and his knowledge of the city and surroundings truly enriched our experience.The level of hospitality we received was exceptional - from accommodating our late arrival to offering a personalized tour of the city at a reasonable fee. The room was not only clean and well-equipped with a comfortable bed and working air-conditioning but also spacious and beautifully lit, allowing us to relax and unwind after our adventures. The central location of the hotel made it convenient to explore nearby attractions and restaurants, such as Nha Hang Minh Thiet and Viet Bamboo Restaurant, both within walking distance. The family's warmth and willingness to assist with everything, including laundry services and transportation rentals, made us feel like we were staying with friends rather than at a hotel.In conclusion, Xuan Hoa Hotel truly embodies Vietnamese hospitality at its finest.
